The objectives of English 4 professional telephoning are

 


contacting business partners and clients

explaining the purpose of the call

taking messages and passing on information

developing longer discussions and participating in telephone conferences

repeating information, checking facts and clarifying possible misunderstandings

developing listening skills in order to better understand native speakers

controlling the length of a call, summarising and concluding

The training format is planned 4

 

20 lessons ( 2 x 45 minutes weekly)

2-day workshop (10 x 45 minutes daily)

weekend workshop (10 x 45 minutes daily)
