Needs Analysis  

Before any of our courses you take an Assessment and Needs Analysis to ensure that your learning objectives are identified and prioritised.

Course Design  

We make sure that you learn precisely what you need.
A specific course is designed to meet your business and linguistic needs.

1st Training Session  

During your first lesson you and your trainer get to know each other and discover your preferred learning style.

2nd Phase Training  

You have a mid course review, where we reassess your progress and objectives. If appropriate, adjustments are made to help you achieve your personal goals.

Post Course Review  

Upon completion of your course, a written report with recommendations for a suitable follow-up programme is provided. Many of our clients return to do further courses with us.
